These terms apply when you use the Greycell Automation website, submit an inquiry, book a consultation, purchase maintenance, or engage us for websites, automations, AI tools, prototypes, or related services.

Services

Greycell Automation provides technology consulting and implementation services, including business websites, workflow automation, practical AI tools, custom software, MVPs, and maintenance support.

Payments

Fixed-price offers shown on the website may be paid through Razorpay checkout.
The 1-hour consultation is a one-time service.
The website maintenance offer currently collects the first month. Recurring subscriptions may be set up separately after confirmation.
Larger website, automation, AI, and software work is quoted separately based on scope.

Scheduling and Delivery

Consultation slots and project work are scheduled after payment or inquiry confirmation. Timelines for custom work depend on scope, assets, dependencies, feedback cycles, and access to required systems.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, content, credentials, brand assets, approvals, and any third-party service access required for delivery.

Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party tools such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, email services, AI APIs, form services, or other integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing.

Limitation

We aim to provide practical, reliable implementation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, search rankings, advertising approvals, revenue outcomes, or results outside our control.
