Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for Greycell Automation services.
1-Hour Consultation
- You may request one reschedule if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.
- No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are generally non-refundable.
- If Greycell Automation is unable to schedule or deliver the consultation, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
Website Maintenance
- The website maintenance offer covers the first month of support unless separately agreed otherwise.
- You may cancel future maintenance before the next billing cycle.
- The current month is generally non-refundable once maintenance work has started.
- If no work has started, refunds may be considered case by case.
Custom Website, Automation, AI, and Software Work
- Custom work is usually milestone-based and governed by the agreed scope.
- Refunds are generally available only for unstarted work or unused milestone balances.
- Completed strategy, design, development, consultation, setup, and integration work is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment gateway timelines may vary.
